I spent some time in the 80 doing the Mc licka thing. Then Adam Jones came around and I kind of lost my mind. Over 40 G worth of guitar junk at this time. In the end I ended up with my sound.

Some tips though: EMG loaded guitar, alder body works best for clear, aggresive tone, scoop 750 slider, and the rest depends on your technique. Have fun.
