Need help figuring out what type of speaker i have

I recently recieved a speaker from a friend and i was wondering if it is a jenson, celestian, or something different.

The back of the speaker says: Vintage Black Shadow type: VS-12
8 ohms 50 watts.

My guess

OEM MESA Eminence: design to sound like a Jensen. I think I have the same speaker in my Studio .22

But just a guess.

Eminence design, rated @ 150 Watts to replace the EV12L.
It is a superb speaker.

Does it have a Knight riding a horse?

i checked the speaker but i couldn't find a horse logo

There are 2 different Eminence built Black Shadow speakers. The Vintage Black Shadow is a 50 watt speaker. It was used in the Studio 22 and in some 4X12's and probably in a few other things. The other Eminence Black Shadow is the 150 watter with the huge magnet and the horse logo. There are 2 versions of that speaker that I'm aware of. One has a smooth non-ribbed cone. The other has a ribbed cone.
