NAD! Splawn Quick Rod

I've had my eye on a Splawn for years and finally pulled the trigger. I was really torn between a Quick Rod and a Nitro, and this Quick Rod popped up for the right price so I went for it. It definitely needs a retube (ordering tomorrow) but so far I'm really digging it. I may end up with a Nitro yet, but for now, I'm having a blast with it.

Great amps!
I had a Nitro for a couple years and always wished I had bought the QR.
The Nitro is a cool amp but it's a bit over the top saturation wise and had a certain frequency that kind of stood out in an awkward way.

I've since sold both and picked up a newer Quick Rod which is my favorite amp I've ever owned. The QR is a little tighter and smoother than the Nitro. The Nitro is more Rectifier-ish....while the QR is a straight up hot-rodded Marshall.
