NAD Roadster!

Got a great deal on a Roadster off Ebay and it arrived via UPS today! $1250.00 plus shipping. This thing seams to be in mint condition.
I've only had about 20 minutes with it so far but I really like what I'm hearing. I think my DC-5 may have to go!

First impressions:
1) It's super quiet. I needed an ISP G-string to tame my DC-5. No such need with this beast thus far.
2) Found an awesome tone on channel 3 modern really quickly.
3) Single note definition is amazing
4) That Recto growl is addicting!

I can't wait to start messing with all the features! Hopefully tomorrow

Congrats! I play a RoadKing II v2...pretty much the same thing and like you, 3rd channel is where I spend most of my time. I ended up getting rid of my Express 5:50 212 after snagging mine locally off craigslist. He was asking $2,000. I offered $1,500 cash-in-hand and he took it. Score!

Congrats on your purchase! Roadsters are pretty killer. I passed up a Roadster head a little less than a year ago for $1,000. I haven't been living with that very well these days.
