So these little black plastic pieces fell out of the back of my Dual Rectifier Solo head... Anyone have an idea what they are? The amp seems to be fine.

Those are the inserts on the bottom of the power tubes that broke off.

Make a note of pin alignment or take a picture of the back of the amp so that you make sure the tubes are inserted correctly in the future.

Those are the alignment pins from your 6L6GC and/or 5U4GB tubes.

As mentioned, you better make note of the proper orientation of those tubes. If you were to mis-index (rotate the pin location) the tubes you could end up with an epic failure and/or fire.

The next question is "how did they get broken?"

Change any tubes lately?

Thanks gentlemen, that explains it. Yes, I was considering taking out the EL34s and putting the original 6L6GCs back in, but got wet feet and just put the EL34s back in instead. I just checked and I have two tubes missing their alignment pins (one EL34 and one 5U4GB).

Now I'm not sure if I put the tubes back in correctly. I'm a neophyte.
