Here's the rig at the moment:

I am in the process of redoing the pedalboard which is why everything is loose.

Haha you made it funny though!

I love that Danelectro delay. Warm and toneful compared to most bass sucking ones out there. Cool rig!

Yeah, I love that delay too. I just got the Digitech Hardwire delay and haven't fired it up yet but I am curious if I can cop the same type of tone that I get with the Dano.

A real nice pair of amps there - what year is that Mark IV? It looks almost exactly the same as mine! Which also sits on top of a EV 1x12 - great combo!

If only it were a Princeton boost, though....

I bought the MarkIV in '96. I was told that it had been in inventory at the music store for just over a year when I got it (the asst. mgr was our drummer at the time and suggested this amp when I was ready to move up to the big time). So it might be the same year as yours, or real close. I don't have the s/n handy or I'd post that for comparison.

The Princeton may not be a boost, but it's a really cool piece in it's own right. I snagged it from my dad (I'm 42) who used it to amplify his 69 Martin D-35 in church. I'm not sure when he bought it, I never thought to ask. It is one of the first 400 made and is original aside from a repop footswitch, tubes, a few caps, and a grounded power cords so I can actually play it. It sounds awesome by itself and killer put through the EV Thiele cab (the 1x12 EV-loaded 3/4 open back cab that it's sitting on in the photo isn't a good match for it).

Thanks for your comments! -Dave.

I was going to say - something just said '96' to me when I saw that picture. How strange.

Just kidding about the boost - I'm thoroughly enamored with most things 60's and Fender and that Princeton is no exception! Super clean and beautiful example as well.

BTW - what cable are you using for your new board?

Racksystems is using the Lavacable mini ELC, there is a version that you solder and a version that is solderless like George L's but the connection seems to be better.

Check out this YouTube vid on how they are assembled. Just make sure you fast forward through the first 32 seconds.
