Awesome! I like your variety of guitars and amps. I will have a nice variety some day as well... seems like it may never come some days though!

thanks....dont get me wrong i would love to have about 5 more PRS guitars but I really dig the tonal variations and versatility i get from having the different types so I have been focsuing in recent years picking up axes that give me something a little different than the last....same philosophy for amps too.

How does the JVM mix with Boogie? I'm thinking about getting one (or something else....mind isn't made up yet) later on to run in unison with my Triple Recto (Staple sound, don't plan on changing that) if I decide to ditch the Krank. I know they are WICKED amps. I got some great tones with one that I messed with for about 20 minutes in a store! Best Marshall I've ever played through IMO.

it mixes real well. the JVM has alot of versatility. it does standard "old school" marshall crunch real well but I guess the thing that most people will love it for is the bone crushing stratosphere gain levels of OD1 and OD2 yellow and red. I have never owned any piece of equipment with that much gain. I love playing on those channels but sometimes I wonder what I'm gonna use it on becasue my originals tend to be more regular classic rock sounding!! LOL. believe it or not right now i pretty much either program and use the triaxis with different presets programmed if I am in a "boogie" mood or I will use the JVM exclusively through the rig if I am in a "marshall" mood.
