Multiple Heads One Cabinet and Splitting Cabinet

I have a Mark V and a Road King 4x12 cabinet. The back of the cabinet has one 4 ohm input which I connect via 1 x 4 ohm output from the Mark V.

I have noticed that there are also 2x 8 ohm inputs on the back of the cabinet for use when "bi-amping".

Questions:

1) Can I set this up so that I only play out of 2 of the four speakers in the cabinet? How?
2) Can I send two head into that one cabinet? How?
