Hi all,

So I just wanna make sure its ok to use the G systems switching relays to change channels on my mini rec? I've heard stories on some mesa amps that it can ruin the switching of the amp but I'm not sure if that applies to the mini rec or not.

Many Thanks

Paul

It's fine, I use a G System to switch mine.

I do get some switching lag. If you have a problem with that, many people wind up adding an Amp Gizmo via MIDI to the G System and get better results.

Thanks for the reply. I actually use a mini amp gizmo with my mark v but was just trying see if I could make it work with the mini rec and get rid of an extra cable. I'll have to give it a try and see how bad the lag is.

I've been switching my Mark V with the G-major2 relay switches... no problems as of yet...
