Mesa Tremoverb 5U4G tube rectifier sparking. Help!

I just last week purchased a 2x12 tremoverb from a friend, and it was basically brand new. Since yesterday one of the 5U4G tube rectifiers is sparking inside whenever I turn the amp on. If I switch it to silicon diode rectifiers it doesn't happen. I haven't noticed any audible differences yet but I haven't played it since it started happening. That rectifier tube needs replaced, it's super easy to do.

Okay thanks. This is my first tube amp so I wanted to make sure. Should I replace both of them or just the one?

You can replace just the one, or both for peace of mind and reliability in the long run, keep the other one for a spare.
