Just messing around with my Tele... 15wt setting... I run through all modes set where I like them. My camera adds some compression, but you still get the idea.

Cab is a stock Mesa 1x12 with a Black Shadow.

nice tones....

i can hear some hiss, this has been discussed, but it doesn't seem to be any worse than any other tube amp with any gain on it (including my mark2b)

i'm very interested in this amp...

filling a 'tone hole' that my mark2b can't cover.

i have a set of groovetubes 'substitubes', which allow the use of EL84's in my mark2b...
cuts the overall power output in about half....
and adds that chimey almost 'vox' sound......

and they really work well.
but the VOICING of the mark2b is what it is.

the TA-15 seems voiced more modern, would you agree?

Actually, the cleans are very "Classic" Vox voiced, just like many of my past AC30's and AC30 clones/copies. The top boost has more gain on tap, but still "classic" sounding. The H1 is voiced pretty classic too, but H2 I'd consider very modern voiced, not Dual recto levels of distortion, but that same "low-mid" thing going on.
