in general, they tend to answer the phone more than email, so try your best to get a hold of them that way and you usually get a call back within a day or a real person. they're also closed on fridays, i believe.

Remember if you are on the east coast they are 3 hours behind . Just tell them the best time to reach you and what you are calling about .
