Mesa Stiletto/ Lonestar versus Peavey JSX

In the following video Satch and Andy Timmons are playing togehter. Andy is using the Stiletto while Joe obviousy uses the JSX Peavey as you can see. Besides Steve Vai my all time favourite players. But what do you think about their tone.

They both sound really good.

They both sound amazing, and I think Andy is using the lonestar in that video (maybe both lonestar and stiletto which is his usual live setup now). I prefer Andy's tone, but like I said they both sound amazing, and most of that is in the fingers (and some of it is effects :wink: ). I never liked the JSX, could never get it to the "perfect" tone for me, but Satch makes it sound beautiful.

I love both those tones. I miss my JSX too.

Both sounded great.

I like Andy's tone a little more.
