What's this? It's on a Black dot Mark III long head... My other Mark IIIs don't have the "x" or "+" on them...

it may be an indicator of which plug goes into the reverb jacks...assuming these are reverb jacks. My C+'s previous owner put red sharpie next to the hole for the red plug...

Aren't those your footswitch jacks for RHYTHM 2 and EQ-REV?

Maybe it was just marked like that as a quick distinction between the two.

My Mark has a g(ray) and r(ed) written next to the reverb jacks.
