mesa boogie roadster screw

Hi Guys
Im new to this board and Mesa boogie
Im in the process of replacing faulty poweramp tubes in my roadster and behind the 6l6 next to 5u4g, ther a half out screw in the chasis,
Must I leave it, screw it in take it out?

If it's a combo then just tighten the screw until it is snug. Don't tighten it until it is all the way in! This screw helps ground the chassis and also helps keep vibrations down.
