Mesa Amp Road Case Questions...

Wow, I didnt see this post coming... so im looking for a road case for my Mark3 Combo...

Finally on the way. So now for when I travel, I need a case. so I started looking on line.

I came along this picture of a road case for the Mark combo's, and it REALLY looked like a factory mesa case.. but im guessing he made it himself to look like a mesa factory road case.

did mesa sell cases for the mark 3? what brands? I always remember seeing Anvils back then.

Are any cases better than the rest, or worst than the rest?

The quality of the hinges, fit, finish, durability.etc.

I would think the padding material is whats important.

I was thinking about making my own....

I have the Skillz. Mad Skilz.

I've used the ATA Road Cases for my DR & 1x12 cab (2 separate fittings). They do the job, but it's not hard to build one yourself as you noted assuming you enjoy such crafts (I do, which is why I don't use 3rd party road cases anymore).
