Hi all, trying to trouble shoot a weird problem and cannot find anything in my manual or online. My Mesa dual Rec Roadster 100w head had some intermittent problems with channels. In middle of playing of a sudden channel 4 goes out, then channel 1, but 3 and 2 work. bBoth channel 1 and 4 go out when switched on the 50w mode on back. When I switch to 100w across all channels, they all work. Now they are all back online in both 50 and 100w modes across 4 channels.
This seems like a tube issue, but am pretty basic when it comes to amps and things so if there is a quick answer would love to hear. I have a couple mesa 12ax7 here, but no other tubes. Thanks!
