Mark V25 - changing settings for different guitars

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to alter settings for different guitars? I love the sound I get with my G&L Legacy, but when I change to my Tele, things sound thinner and kinda harsh. Do I start with the EQ? Or the Graphic EQ? Thoughts?

I would start with the presence knob first
Then try the last two sliders on the graphic
Should be very easy to find s good tone that way.

When I switch to my tele, I use the graphic eq sliders and a Mesa Tone Burst pedal to adjust the channel 1 clean tone nd relative volume so that it sounds "right" and the same volume as my other guitar. For channels 2 and 3, I have the eq knobs on all the time as part of my general tone set up and they sound fine with the tele and Tone Burst.
