Hello, so first post here but i am a long time lurker.
So i have had the MarkV for a few months now and iv been loving it. However, I having a problem when the amp is under certain power settings. When the amp is switched to 15 watts, the volume completely cuts out. This is also happens when i am in channels 1 and 2 in 45 watts and switch to the tube setting.
My thoughts are that it might be one of the tubes? This is my first tube amp so i am not very knowledgeable about these things. I thought it might be the rectifier tube but the manual says that it is rare for this tube to fail. I thought maybe you guys might have some insight as to what is wrong.
