Sweet. A lot of the Mark V owners here probably won't find this terribly useful but it's awesome for the folks like me who still don't have enough cash to get theirs yet. Thanks man.

neat... but it didnt seem too impressive in the vid. seems they shy'd away from making it the tight amp sound. I got to play one the other day, I liked it alot, still want one(and i was at GC, so I had to explain how the amp works to the sales rep :) - Shout out to the dudes at GC that let me crank up the amp on monday (if you read this forum). It was the combo, I'd get a head though. I am wondering if there will be revisions, and how soon they will be. maybe putting the larger cap into the C+ mode, as everyone complains about that?

i dunno, i figure if thats the main thing missing if everyone here starts a petition for it, there's a good chance for it.

thanks for the vid though, i love listening to potential of different amps.

Thanks for the link....IMHO, it is the best demo of the MK V online to date.

It seems a little biased to me, especially:

On top of all this, there's the parallel effects loop, multiple speaker outs, independent spring reverb level controls, slave out, tuner out with footswitchable mute and external switching jacks if you choose not to use the included controller. Anything missing? Nothing that's been invented yet, as far as we can tell…

Has MIDI not been invented yet?

Not everyone cares about having Midi.....and for those that do, an inexpensive solution exists.

I like this quote from that review: "The ultimate compact yet powerful do-it-all amp"

that's exactly what this amp is all about and more!!!!!!

For christs sake will someone please hold a gun to hetfield or petrucci so we can get a decent mark v demo!

Seriously, I never said to the contrary. But read the quote..."Anything missing? Nothing that's been invented yet" Come on, no need to get defensive, he's clearly got the rose colored glasses on. Sorry for throwing realistic expectations out there!!!

If you are worried about whether the MK V can do hard stuff...listen to this clip...preferably after 1:45 minutes have past on it

NOTE: you have to scroll down to the clip labeled Mesa Boogie Mark V (obviously :D )
