Mark V and 4xEL34s review??

i'd like to demo one like that as a recent poster used bias rite w/ 4xEL34 and it looked like it wasn't cold-biased...

I don't have a good quad of EL34s, just a pair. 45W mode with EL34 bias made me very happy. Little tighter, little different.

10W mode with EL34s made me happy as well, although I haven't cranked it like this yet.

that was my amp with the bias rite/joey b.-the el 34 m's have a good growl to it,as expected...I have an all 6L6 Coli and a simul C+,so I am running all 34's right now in the V..makes sense....if you can get your hands on some Sylvania 6CA7's,look out..we put JB"S Mesa branded syl 6CA7's in the V and it was def. a cut above the rest/no sh*t :shock:
I do like the all 34 better in the V -the 34M's I am running sound very good on the cleans as well-after seeing the bias results,it makes sense
