Mark V:25 tube troubleshooting matrix

Hi, I don't know if anyone will find this useful, but I made a quick sheet to help troubleshoot tubes in the V:25. I'm using this to help find out which tube is acting up. Just fill out all the spaces in column C and it *should* tell you which tube is bad. Feedback appreciated!
