Hey Gang,
I'm looking to add a Mark V combo to my studio, and I'm wondering what the benefit might be to choosing the V:35 combo over a V:25 combo. I will not be playing any gigs with this amp, so I really don't need much power. My primary needs are tone and versatility. Tight lows, mids, and highs are essential, but not necessarily at a high volume. I record anything and everything, so there isn't a genre of music that I wouldn't try on this amp; anything from shoegaze to doom metal. From what I have read, I don't see much of a difference in the two that would impact my applications. Any experience or opinions are appreciated.
