Hello guys,
I've been having problems with the lead channel output in my Mark IV-B. I had the levels between RHY 1 and the Lead channel matched pretty good, but the other day I had to unplug everything, and when I plugged all the things again, the lead channel was way too loud. I was using the amp in pentode, simulclass, harmonics and full power, with the lead master around 3 and the output about 1.5 - 2, depending how loud I wanted to play, but now I can't increase the lead master to 3, and I have to keep the output at about 1.1 - 1.2, and have to play in tweed power at max, and it is a lot louder than before.
I also noticed that the mid gain/harmonic switch is not working. I could definitely hear a difference in gain and volume before when switching from harmonics to mid gain, but now I don't. I don't know if this could be related to the lead output problem.
The tubes are practically new.
Any ideas?
