what should I get?
There is the medium head, rackmount head, shorthead, compact combo, and widebody combo. I dont know what's all the difference between them, anyone tell me?

Diffrence is package. there are 2 different sizes in chassis.
one size is the size wich could fit in a rack setup

rackmount head ( Rack rady. no speaker)
shorthead ( head. no speaker)
compact combo (same size as above in combo with speaker)

the others are a bit wider

medium head (just a wide head no speaker)
widebody combo ( bigger combo with speaker.)


Some people are saying there is a tonal difference in wide and small but i dont know that.

a wider/bigger combo housing will defenitly mean another sound.

whats a rackmount

It´s a small chassi head that been fitted into a metal shell for mounting in a guitar rack. A rack mount kit kan also be bought from Mesa for your head or combo (just the amp, not the speaker), but only the small chassi versions can be rackmounted.
