Does anyone know if you can take the grille off of a Mark IV and put in on a Mark V? The grille on my Mark IV is painted (from the previous owner, but I have grown to like it), but I am thinking about getting a Mark V. I was just thinking that I can unscrew the four screws from each grille, pop them off, and just do a transplant.

Thanks!

I would venture to guess the screw holes and dimensions are different, but measure and see if they are the same. If so, you can always just use velcro to attach the other grill so it's not permanent. Or make a new grill.

So I got a call back from Mesa/Boogie and they said that the Mark IV and V grilles can probably be swapped. The Mark V is slightly smaller than the IV, so there will probably be a gap in the IV.
