This will sound really stupid, but I don't know much about tubes and such. I was just making sure....it is not possible to put EL84s into a Mark IV since the connectors don't match. Is there a way to make this happen? Thanks.

- You can change socket and all electronics parts that need adjustement for using EL84 (hard work !).
- Or you can use yellowjackets like these :

http://www.tonetronix.com/c/THD-Yellow-Jacket-EL84-Power-Tube-Converters/THD-Yellow-Jacket-EL84-Power-Tube-Converters.html

Is there anything else that needs to be done to the amp if you get Yellowjackets? I mean like biasing or whatever)

I've never tried them, but it is said on both link that there is nothing to do unless plug them !
On the second link there are different yellowjacket for using with EL84, 6V6 and other small tubes.

Thanks for all the help crane. I'm just asking because I'm really GASing for a Cornford Roadhouse and I was thinking if I can get some EL84s in my Mark IV, I won't have to get rid of it.
