MARK III killed at gig Saturday.

Happy day for me! Finally got the Mark III dialed in and used it with a 1X12 for a outdoor gig Saturday. This set up kills, and I am thinking of selling my new Shiva. Master volume was on 2 and was able to keep up with gorilla drummer. Gawd I love this thing. Any more tips for this sucker? Peace.

Shhhhh! Mark IIIs are s'posed to be horrible amps. If you keep talking like this, everyone will want one! :lol:
P.S. When was the last time you saw "IIC+" and "gig' in the same sentence? :lol:

I really dig my Mark III red stripe. It has so much complex and deep tone structure. Run mine flat out for gain and thump through a 4x12 Recto straight. No FX or FX loop.

Here's my current settings.....

8.5 6.5 4 7 2 8 9 0
P P P P P

EQ - In with standard V on the lines except the 6600 pulled about halfway between the mid and top line.

For all the gain dialed into it, there is hardly any noise, hum, hiss, etc.

The Mark IV is running along side it through another 4x12 Recto and it is set in the Meltdown mode.

Indeed MKIII's are killer amps, but just so you know.. I GIG with my IIC+ at least once EVERY week.

I plan to gig with my IIC+ when I get it back from the Mesa factory. Will I be doing something wrong?
