Are we talking about here or overseas? Here in the States, that sounds seriously high to me, even in minty condition. Consider that a "fully loaded" head that is SimulClass, with reverb, with GEQ, in superb shape regularly go for 700-800, I haven't a clue as to why this head you're looking at is priced at 1300? Even at a store with overhead, that price is out of hand.
