So I just got my accutronics reverb tank in the mail for my short head mark IIC+.

How do I put this thing in (the in/out facing the back or the front)?

What kind of cabling do I need to hook it up to the amp?

Which connector on the amp is in and which is out?

Also...there doesn't seem to be any top plate or bag around it like the DC-5 I had. Is it ok to have it kind of open like that?

Side note: Are fans necessary in these amps?

Thanks in advance guys

Which model reverb tank did you order to fit in a short chassis head? I'm thinking about getting one for my Mark III.

Will the Accutronics reverb but much better than the stock mesa reverb tank?

thank you GTS...very informative. Ill PM you about the cover for it.

As far as I know the accutronics are used in mesa aren't they?

The proper reverb tank is 9AB2A1B.

The jack towards the faceplate is the input and the jack between the two 1/4 inch foot switch/ preamp out jacks is the output.

thank you!
