Mark IIC+ blowing fuses!

I just put some mesa tubes I had laying around in my IIC+ head. Now it is blowing fuses when I come off stanby.I hear a loud pop and then it has no power. Are the tubes I just put in it to blame?

Yes. Put the other power tubes back in and see if this solves the problem. Most of the time a bad tube is to blame.
