Mark IIC+ 60W Reverb Problem

I just bought and put in a new reverb tank (the right one) for my MK2C+. I hooked everything up (output closer to back, input closer to faceplate), but I couldn`t hear any reverb even when cranked.

I don`t have a footswitch connected to it...is it in bypass unless footswitched onÉ

any ideas would be helpful

footswitch not needed....Did you turn the pot in the back?

yeah...I can`t really hear a difference between full on and not on...

just for fun, you should swap the reverb cables, just to make sure their not plugged in wrong at the tank

My honest opinion is just get an EH Holy Grail and stick it in the effects loop since it sounds a lot better than the stock reverb tank.

Ive got a whole rack of different reverbs...but I still want to get this working since I paid for it. Ill try to swap where the cables are input.

Well lets just say....the input and output for the reverb on the amp would be better labeled as "send" and "return"...
