Mark 5:25 Footswitch problem? Changing channels...

Hi...

I'm a bit worried about this.
In manual, it says:

"NOTE: The FS mini toggle must be in the CENTER FS position for the Footswitch to select the Channels."

But in mine 5:25 when the toggle is in UP position, the footswitch also changes the channels.
Recorded this video.

Does anybody knows if it is normal?

Its like this on a few of our amps...namely, the Express Series. It *should* be in the middle position, but will FS if in CH1 position also. Thanks!
