So, my Mark V started buzzing quite loudly on channels 2 and 3 (louder on 3 than on 2), and i dont really know what could be causing it. Also, all 6L6's are now glowing blue. From what ive read this isnt necessarily bad, but could be causing my problem.

This is the first mesa (and first tube amp) ive owned, so ive not too much experience with em, anyone have any advice?

Sounds more like a preamp tube ... don't have the chart with me but check/swap V2 to V6...

LOL...not very frickin easy!!
Take the back off, it'll make it easier to reach... at least it is with the Combo. The tube casings are a fun to put back on btw  ... but remove them 1st obviously and start swapping one at a time testing with each swap... ideally have a new known good spare 12ax7 to use for the swap.

Take the back off, turn the amp upside down, there are 7 round metal tube covers protruding from the chassis running in parallel with the power tubes. Twist the metal tube covers off And you'll expose the the preamp tubes themselves. V1 is the longest and different looking tube cover. Look at your manual's tube chart on page 66.

BTW, I just checked the revised manual at mesaboogie.com... go by it if you don't have a revised one... and check V1 also when you're checking all the tubes!
