I just picked up a Lonestar Classic 50/100 112 combo for $900 in great condition but it came with a 16 ohm V30.
Would running a 16 ohm V30 hurt my Lonestar out of the 8 ohm jack? I am changing it out for a 8 ohm MC90 but I don't know how long the previous owner ran this speaker. Super dumb. The amp seems to be fine other than the Gain channel not sounding so good but I'm sure it's because of the miss matching of ohms. I played it thru a 8 ohm Budda cab and it sounded much better.
Thanks
