Live in Case?

I know eBay has them for the Mark V, but does this work well? From what I understand, the reverb tank hangs down low. Does this create an issue with the live in cases?

I have one.
Custom built and it fits perfectly! adds a bit weight but i told the guy to put some wheels on one side so when I pick up one side the other is on wheels which is great!!!
