line 6 pod pro in MTR loop

hello there
can somebody explain me how to hook up a LINE 6 Pod Pro to the loop of a mesa boogie triple.
i tried to do some connection but i have the guitar signal sit on top of the |dry| signal, so my effect tone is behind..
the pod pro has two outputs in the back called send an return, so the connection that i made is this: from send of the LIne 6 to return of MTR and then from the send of the MTR to the return of the line 6.
i am kinda of new in parallel loops.
any help will be very appreciated

That's a little backwards. Here's how it should go:

guitar -> recto input
recto fx send -> pod line input [on the back]
pod line output -> recto fx return

thanks i will try that!
i figure out that the send return that i have on the line 6 pod are for connecting various pedals to the pod, similar to the send return on the mesa.
