KT88 loaded new production amps

The VHT 2/90/2 power amp is KT88 loaded. Isn't Marshall coming out with some amps that will be 6550/kt88 loaded? Of course Bass tube amps are usually Kt88/6550 loaded.

I just learned that the VHT Deliverance amps are loaded with KT88's. Any other brands/models of new amps come loaded with KT88's?

Why the curiosity/preference for a certain tube? I mean, there's obviously more than the tube type used that goes into making an amp sound/respond the way it does! They are said to have enormous headroom! But with that said, what type of tube was/is used had no impact on my decision to purchase a certain amp! :wink:
