King Kontroller covered by warranty?

hey, i have a RKI, and 2 weeks ago my channel 3 light stayed on, regardless of channel, but it still worked. Now it's the same, but it no longer selects CH2 on the amp. Lights up on the Kontroller but doesn't change the amp to CH2. Is this footswitch covered in my warranty? Is it something i could take to a shop and have the contacts cleaned or something, or am i just out of luck?

I'd call Mesa on that one. It sounds like it could be something in the switching. Your malfunction in the Kong could be part of that. They should cover the whole thing.

Thanks! I'll give them a call. I know the customer service is great, never had to use it before though.
