first reaction..sounded a little better then my old ehx 6l6s, but was it worth the $$?...over an hour of straight playing later..WOW..the cleans have so much more warmth, body and depth, it's unreal....which in turn, makes my BB and Diamond J drive sound amaaaazing over the clean now..lead / rhythm 2 is much tighter, and you really can notice the harmonic content in these tubes (chords etc sound so rich)..i look forward to getting some more hours on em and see how they start to break in..so far, i highly recommend em.

after a week or so with them now, I can honestly say these little pieces of glass kick some major butt...just threw new strings on my bfr, and that's when i really heard these things come to life (first tried em out with like month and a half old strings)..if anyone is on the fence about buying these cuz of the price, don't be. so, so worth it..every channel has been improved (most noticeably rhythm 1 and rhythm 2 for me..i only use the lead channel for solo stuff mostly, and actually spend the least amount of time on it out of the 3 channels though)
