Is this the EVM12L which everyone talks about?

Sorry I'm a Mesa noob, but you guys seem to rate these EVM12L speakers pretty highly

Just wanted to see if I should bother putting this speaker in a 1x12 cab if I rackmount my Mark IV.

yes...you may also find a variation without that big black sticker.

Some prefer the earlier versions without the black labeling. I am not sure what the differences are. Your speaker is a very good speaker in any case.
