Is this a factory modded 1985 MKII? ID help

Hi, new poster I was given this Mesa MKII? but I noticed it has different wiring and internals from what I’ve seen I’m trying to obtain more info from the owner but I think I remember him saying this was made for Slash, but he didn’t dig it, I’m just not sure what to reference to ID this it has blacked out a few areas of the back panel

Mark 3 Coli amp
1 of the Board power supply caps have been removed with that yellow wiring looking like it goes to the stand by switch bypassing the choke not sure why or if the coli amps have a choke not sure never seen a schematic for a coli
Not sure about the other mods but does not look like factory mods, best to check with Mesa
