Is it possible to play a 212 cabinet and use the 112 in the combo version of the Electra dyne?

Yes,

I have to double check with the manual, but I think when running two 8 ohm cabs (the combo cab and the 2x12 cab), you just need to put the switch into the 4 ohm position.

Whether it is a 2x12, 1x12 or 4x12, an 8 ohm speaker load is an 8 ohm speaker load
