Hello all,

I just picked up an old Boogie IIC. It didn't come with a manual, so I thought I'd ask the experts. Can you tell me which preamp tubes are which? PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. I'm guessing the single 12AX7 by the output tubes is the reverb driver? Also, on the bottom row, I'm guessing the order goes from right to left as V1, V2, V3, and the phase inverter? Anyone have a manual?

Thanks,
Brad

I'm definitely not an expert but I can answer your questions (looking a manual I have). You can find a manual online.
From the back of the amp, V1 - V4 go right to left

V1 A) Input amplifier
B) Tone control
V2 A) Affects return
B) Mixer amplifier
V3 A) Rev return amp
B) 1/2 lead drive
V4 A) 1/2 lead drive
B) Reverb driver
The one in the back by the power tubes or "V5" is the phase inverter

Buster,
I really appreciate it! I have a decent collection or preamp tubes, and wanted to do some swapping.
Thanks,
Brad
