ID this amp for sale in SF on CL

It is listed as a IIb. The faceplate looks kind of strange though. To me, it looks almost like a III without EQ unless it just has something else going on above that 4th knob.

To me, it looks like it has something over the 4th knob that is scratched out possibly with sharpie? It appears the 3rd knob has something written over it. I think it might be either a replacement faceplate for a IIb made from a III or maybe it is a IIb that was converted? It's hard to say. This is the only pic of the amp on the listing. Imagine if it is a C/C+. It is in hardwood with basketweave and SUS-4 mounts. The bummer would be lack of EQ but that could always be added or not needed with a nicer rack EQ...
