Has anyone peeked inside the footswitch to see if the fs jack can be recessed in a bit more? My cable pops out at the slightest movement. My last gig I had the cable wrapped around the fs a couple of times and it still popped out when I punched my solo. Shut me down completely... sucked a$$. I`m thinking if I can get more the cable into the fs for support it would help. Havent opened it up yet, would like to here other opinions on how to secure the cable before I try and operate.

Weird...I need a **** shoe horn to get mine in and a crowbar to get it out! I even stepped on it last night during rehearsal. I landed right on the connector hard enough for the velcro under the fs to peel off the board. It kept working too!

I guess I`m the only one with a touchy connection at the fs. For now, I`ll just run the cord under the front corner of my pedalboard for security.

You can try squeezing the metal ring at end of the cable slightly. Very slightly! Making it a bit oval (rather than completely round) would grip the sides tighter. This won't have any affect on the pin connections - which is what you want.
