How the hell do I take the speaker out of my Recto Cab?

No dude there are nuts holding the speakers on. Mesa has studs coming out of the rear of the front board. You need a small socket (can't remember what size - might be 5/16 or a 9mm), not a screwdriver.

Does this mean this cab is front loaded? Whats the difference between rear and front loaded cabs since you just put the speakers in the hole of the cab?
 
Your cab is rear loaded, or, loaded (attached) to the inside of the cab. Front loaded means the speakers are loaded (attached) to the front of the cab.
 
Bad news...

I tried to take the screws out to take out the speaker, but the screws are now stripped...
They are sp soft and i put the drill in and they stripped instantly!
Now what?! I bought a screw extractor and that doesnt do anything!
