How do i change the Bias Switch?

On my Nomad 55 head. I need to change it to EL34, but it doesn't seem to want to move.

help?

There might be a little piece of black electrical type tape on it.. I had the same problem on my Dual Rectifier many moons ago... felt like a tit after I discovered it was tape

Not sure on the nomad series but it might be the same?

Just peel that tape off with a screwdriver... that piece with the marks in it.
