Hooking up Reverb to Mark IIC+?

Hello All, (Boogiebabies)

I just got my new reverb pan and reverb cords for my Mark IIC+ headshell from Mesa today. I am trying to figure out what plugs into what.

Probably common sense, but just wanting to make sure.
Any help would be great!
