That's an early B without the IEC cord and it looks like the rare Auquaman Special Edition.
I would not even plug into that thing. The PT is actually showing rust through the laminates. It won't be long before the core starts getting eaten and POOF !!!
And you can also see that it is an early because of the channel selector switch on the back, its still the same as the A one. Newer B's have a recto style channel selector knob.
